How To Make Cheesecake Cupcakes

Want a dessert that’s a little more fun and visual? Then cupcakes is the treat for you! Enjoy these cupcake recipes as a sweet dessert, or sneak them in as something to snack on when nobody’s looking. You deserve it!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

  5. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly moistened.

  6. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner and press down to form a crust.

  7. Pour the cheesecake batter evenly into the cupcake liners, filling each about 3/4 full.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center of each cupcake is set.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
