How To Make Soccer Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- Green food coloring
- White frosting
- Black decorating gel
- Soccer ball cupcake toppers
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.

Gradually add in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Add green food coloring until desired shade is achieved.

Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full with batter.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.

Frost each cupcake with white frosting and use black decorating gel to create soccer ball designs.

Place a soccer ball cupcake topper on each cupcake.
