- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.

Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling them about 3/4 full.
